CalendarPipe has two plans: Free and Pro. The free plan is permanent and covers 2 calendar connections, 1 sync rule, and a 15-minute sync interval — no credit card required. Pro is $4/month or $40/year and lifts every limit: unlimited calendar connections, unlimited sync rules, a 5-minute sync interval, AI rule generation, invitation-based delivery, and REST API access. Pro includes a 14-day free trial; a card is required at signup but you are not charged until day 14.

Pricing questions
- What counts as a sync rule?
- One rule moves events in one direction between two calendars, so mirroring both ways is two rules. The free plan includes one rule and two calendar connections, which covers a single direction; Pro removes both limits.
- Does the price go up as I add calendars?
- No. Pro is $4/month or $40/year whatever you connect. Unlimited calendar connections and unlimited sync rules are part of the plan rather than add-ons, and there is no per-calendar or per-seat pricing.
- How far ahead does CalendarPipe sync?
- The free plan syncs 14 days ahead and Pro syncs 90, which you can raise to 180 if you book further out than that. Events past the edge arrive as the window rolls forward. Invitation-based delivery is capped at 30 days on any plan, because a longer window turns a calendar sync into a mail run.
- What happens when the 14-day Pro trial ends?
- You are charged for the first month unless you cancel before day 14. A card is collected at signup but nothing is taken until then, and cancelling returns you to the free plan rather than locking you out — the free plan has no expiry date.
- What happens to my settings if I go back to the free plan?
- Nothing is deleted. A sync window wider than the free plan allows narrows to the free default and is restored the moment you upgrade again, so downgrading is reversible rather than destructive.
